HECVAT 404

The HECVAT 404 (Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit) is a detailed cybersecurity assessment used by higher education institutions to evaluate the security, privacy, and accessibility practices of third-party cloud services—especially those involving AI or machine learning. It ensures vendors meet institutional standards for handling sensitive or institutional data.

SOC2 Status

LearningClues has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type I examination for Security as of October 6, 2025. The report confirms that LearningClues’ system controls were suitably designed and implemented to meet applicable AICPA Trust Services Criteria.
